Returns & Exchanges

Because each arrangement is uniquely handcrafted, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind once received. Please note that subtle differences in size, shape, or color are natural features of preserved roses.

Should your arrangement arrive in damaged condition or received a wrong item, please contact uswithin 24 hours of delivery and provide photos along with your order details. Our specialists will carefully assess your case and assist you right away

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as the arrangement has not entered production or been dispatched.

Please note that custom or personalized designs cannot be cancelled or refunded once crafting has begun.
